AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE
The products offered on our website are available to ship only to the peninsula (with corresponding delivery times and shipping costs).

ORDER CONFIRMATION
The user must place their orders through the Internet, on our website www.quickchef.es, which is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the case of an impediment.
The data communicated by the user and registered by Quickchef during the registration and the order constitute proof of the transactions made between Quickchef and the user. Once the order has been validated by the user, Quickchef will send you a confirmation email to notify you that the order has been made correctly.

The user has the obligation to check the confirmation of the order and notify Quickchef of any possible error immediately.

PRICE AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
The price of each order is stipulated on our website. We try to make sure that all prices listed on the page are correct, but there may be errors. In case of detecting an error in the price of the products that the user has ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price, or to cancel it.

In accordance with current regulations, any purchase made through our website is subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). Therefore, prices on the website include VAT, but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due.

Prices may vary at any time, but (except as stated above) the possible changes will not affect those orders for which a Shipping Confirmation has been completed.

Orders over € 400 + VAT have no shipping costs. For orders of less than € 400 + VAT, the cost is automatically calculated by the system according to the weight of the order and the province of delivery.

PAYMENT METHOD
The payment will be made by transfer as indicated in the sales platform. The order will not be validated until the payment is made in the indicated account, with authorization from the competent payment centers. If the payment is not authorized, the user’s order can not be accepted and will be automatically canceled.

If the data of the buyer does not correspond to those of the owner, Quickchef reserves the right to contact the user to confirm their identity, or to contact the bank to ensure that they do not There are notifications of subtraction of the bank card.

Quickchef states that it does not have access to confidential data related to the means of payment used and, therefore, does not store them either.

DELIVERY
As a general rule, the delivery period will be about ten days unless some logistical problem related to transport, such as strikes or similar, may delay delivery. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

It is considered that the products have been delivered and that the delivery has been completed after the user has signed a receipt at the delivery location.

The user acquires ownership of the products at the time that Quickchef receives full payment of all amounts, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery if it occurs later. The risks of the products are borne by the user from the moment of delivery.

For reasons of food safety, no returns will be made on the products purchased.
